It's reported that Quintain Steel, one of the major wire rod producers in Taiwan announced to remain its list prices unchanged for August.
Also, the company has remained wire rod list prices unchanged for consecutive two months.
Industry source said that Quintain Steel's unchanged prices for wire rods for August met market participants' forecast.
After the announcement, its list prices for Al-killed wire rods are NT$23,600/ton; those for rimmed wire rods are at NT$21,600/ton; those for blast furnace killed wire rods are at NT$20,600/ton and those for electric furnace Al-killed wire rods are at NT$21,400/ton.
